Rati Desai is a banking professional with over 24 years of experience in setting up and managing businesses, focusing on revenue and profitability across various revenue lines, operational control, and risk management. She has managed large teams at organizations such as Bank of America, ABN AMRO N.V., and RBS N.V. Rati played a crucial role in the expansion of ABN AMRO N.V. and RBS N.V. branches in Gujarat, contributing to their success as significant profit centers for the bank. She was also a member of the Retail Banking Core Team at ABN AMRO/RBS.
In addition to her corporate roles, Rati serves on the boards of several companies as an Independent Director. She is actively involved with various NGOs focusing on heritage conservation, education for hearing-impaired children, and the protection and rehabilitation of injured street dogs.
